Services
CRM services for teams that need the thing to work
Five services, one consultant. Whether you are choosing a platform, moving off one, wiring it into the rest of your stack, or building the piece it does not have, the work runs the same way: agreed in writing, tested in a sandbox, documented at handover.
CRM setup and implementation
A new CRM configured around your sales process rather than the vendor demo. Pipeline stages, fields, permissions, reports and the training that makes people use it.
CRM migration
Every field mapped and signed off before anything moves, a full run on a sample so you can see what arrives, and a way back if the real run goes wrong.
CRM integration
Your CRM connected to billing, support, marketing and your own database, with the sync direction and conflict rules decided deliberately instead of by accident.
Custom CRM application development
For the step your process needs and the rules engine cannot express. Built against the CRM you already pay for, deployed to accounts in your name.
CRM consulting
Platform selection before you buy seats, a rescue plan for a rollout going sideways, or a second opinion on a quote somebody else gave you.
How pricing works
Every project is quoted after the review call, because a five person Pipedrive setup and a fifty person Zoho migration are not the same job and pretending otherwise produces a number nobody can stand behind. What you get is a fixed price against a written scope, with the date it finishes.
If the scope changes mid-project, you get a revised number to approve before the extra work happens. Ongoing support runs monthly and stops at the end of any month you want it to. You buy your own platform licences directly from the vendor, so the account never sits behind me.
