CRM setup, migration, integration and custom development
Your CRM, built around how you actually sell
I set up, migrate, integrate and extend CRMs for teams that outgrew a spreadsheet or inherited a system nobody trusts. You work with me the whole way, on HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho and six other platforms.
The review call is ninety minutes, it costs nothing, and you keep the findings in writing whether or not you hire me.

Sound familiar?
Most CRM problems started on the day it was installed
01
The real pipeline lives somewhere else
The CRM has forty fields nobody fills in, so the deals that matter sit in a spreadsheet, a notebook, or one person’s head.
02
Nobody trusts the numbers
Two reports disagree about the same month. Once a forecast gets argued with instead of used, people quietly stop opening it.
03
The data never fully made it across
A migration ran and the contacts arrived. The notes, owners, attachments and close dates did not, so the history you paid for is gone.
04
You are paying for seats nobody opens
Licences renewed on schedule while adoption fell off. The invoice is the only part of the system still working properly.
What I do
Five ways I get involved
Most engagements start with one of these and grow into another. You can also hire me for a single piece and stop there.
CRM setup and implementation
Pipeline stages, fields, permissions and reports configured around your sales process, then handed over with your team trained on it.
CRM migration
Moving platforms with the notes, owners, attachments and close dates intact, tested on a sample before the real run.
CRM integration
Your CRM talking to billing, support, marketing and your own database, so one customer means one record instead of four.
Custom CRM development
Customer portals, internal apps and automations for the parts of your process no off-the-shelf CRM covers.
CRM consulting
Platform selection, a rescue plan for a rollout already going wrong, or a second opinion before you sign a three year contract.
Not sure which one you need? Describe the problem instead.
Why work with me
One consultant, no handoffs
Agencies sell you a partner and staff the work to whoever is free. You get me from the first call to the last training session. That also means there is exactly one person to hold responsible when something breaks.
- Scope and price agreed in writing before any work starts
- Every migration tested on a sample set first, with a rollback plan
- Configuration documented, so you are never locked to me
- You buy your own licences, so the account stays yours
- Referral fees disclosed, and they never decide the recommendation
The review call
Ninety minutes, and you keep the findings
We go through your current setup, how your team actually sells, and where the two stopped matching. You get the findings in writing afterwards whether or not you hire me.
- What your current CRM is costing per active user
- Which fields and automations nobody is using
- Whether switching platforms is worth the disruption
- The order to fix things in, and what to leave alone
How an engagement runs
From first call to handover
Nothing touches your live system until you have seen it working on your own data.
A review call
Ninety minutes on your setup, your sales process, and where the two stopped matching. Findings in writing afterwards.
A written plan
Scope, sequence, price and the date it finishes. Nothing starts until you have approved that document.
Build and test
Work happens in a sandbox first. You see it running on a copy of your own data before anything goes live.
Handover
Your team trained, the configuration written down, and thirty days of support while people settle into it.
What you are agreeing to
Four things that do not change
The same terms on every engagement, whether it is a ninety-minute review or a six-week migration.

From the research
What these CRMs actually cost to run
I open the accounts, run them for a month and write down what arrives on the bill. Vendor pricing pages leave a lot out.

Before you ask
Questions I get on the first call
Which CRM should I use?
That depends on how your team sells, not on which platform reviews best. Five people closing deals over email need something very different from fifty people with territories, approval rules and a partner channel. The review call exists to settle this before you commit to seats.
How long does a CRM migration take?
A straightforward move between two mainstream platforms usually runs two to four weeks from kickoff to go live. Most of that time goes on mapping fields and testing rather than the transfer itself. Custom objects, heavy automation, or ten years of attachments push it considerably longer.
Will I lose data when I switch CRMs?
Not if the mapping is done before the transfer rather than after it. Contacts and companies move cleanly almost everywhere. Activity history, file attachments, deal owners and custom fields are where things quietly go missing, so those get tested on a sample and signed off before the full run.
Do you work with my CRM?
I work in eleven: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM Plus, monday CRM, Freshworks, Freshsales, Close, Brevo, EngageBay, Streak and Leadfeeder. If you are on something else, describe your setup and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right person for it.
What does it cost?
Project work is fixed price, quoted after the review call so the number is based on your actual setup rather than a guess. You see the price and the scope before anything begins. Ongoing support is billed monthly and you can stop at the end of any month.
Do you resell CRM licences?
No. You buy seats directly from the vendor, which keeps the account and the billing relationship yours. Some links on this site earn a referral fee, which is set out on the affiliate disclosure page, and that fee never decides what I recommend to a client.
