CRM Teardown is a one-person consultancy publishing this website and offering the services described on it. Using the site means accepting what follows. If you do not accept it, the remedy is to stop using the site.

What this site is

An information site and a shop window. The articles, pricing research and service pages are published so that you can work out whether the services here are worth buying, and so that people who never buy anything still get something useful out of the visit.

Nothing on this site is professional advice about your specific situation. General writing about CRM migration cannot account for your data, your contracts or your regulatory position, and it should not be treated as though it can. Advice about your circumstances comes from a paid engagement, in writing, after somebody has actually looked at your setup.

Accuracy of published research

The pricing and platform research here is based on accounts opened and paid for directly, and it is accurate as far as I can establish on the date each article says it was checked. Vendors change prices, rename tiers, move features between plans and alter their limits, frequently without announcement. Always confirm the current price with the vendor before you commit to anything, and treat what is published here as a starting point for that check rather than a substitute for it.

Engagements are governed separately

These terms cover the website. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, timelines, confidentiality and liability, agreed before the work starts. Where that agreement and this page disagree, the agreement wins.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Descriptions of services, timelines and process are indicative, and a binding commitment only exists once there is a signed scope with a price on it.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to CRM vendors earn a referral fee if you sign up through them. This costs you nothing extra and it does not affect what gets recommended, on the site or to a paying client. Links to vendor documentation, pricing pages and other resources are provided because they are useful. Those sites are not under my control, and I am not responsible for their content, their accuracy or what they do with your data once you arrive.

Intellectual property

The writing, research and design on this site belong to CRM Teardown. You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link. Republishing articles in full, or feeding the research into a product without attribution, is not permitted. Vendor names and logos referred to on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products being discussed.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. No guarantee is made that it will be available without interruption or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from decisions made on the basis of the free content published here, which is exactly why the section above tells you to verify pricing with the vendor.

This limitation applies to the website. Liability arising from paid work is dealt with in the engagement agreement for that work, where it is negotiated properly rather than imposed by a page you did not read.

Governing law

No single country’s law is claimed over this page. The site is published to be read anywhere, and a clause naming one jurisdiction would not change where a reader actually is or which consumer protections apply to them. If something here turns into a dispute, raise it through the contact form first, because most of what looks like a dispute is a question about what was published on which date.

Paid work is different, and there it is settled properly rather than left open. The engagement agreement names the governing law and the forum before any work starts, alongside scope, price and liability, and that is where those terms belong.

Changes

These terms can change. The date at the top of the page changes when they do, and continuing to use the site after that is how acceptance of the revised version is taken.
